Carmen B. Kluth is originally from Peru and has been living in the United States since 2004. Carmen graduated from San Marcos University in Peru with a LL.B degree (Equivalent of a Juris doctor in US). She is a 2007 graduate with honors from the LLM program (Master in Law) at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
Carmen is fluent in English and Spanish and can read and understand Portuguese. She is passionate about facilitating communication and understanding people from different cultures.
