Caroline Mueller
Partner
Attorney Caroline Mueller grew up locally, she received a Bachelor’s
degree from Kent State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from The
University of Akron School of Law. She has been actively engaged in the
practice of law since 1992. She personally
believes in the strength of women and the immigrant heritage of the United States.
Helping Individuals Seeking Employment-Based Immigration
Her focus is providing
employers and employees with the latest and most appropriate immigration strategies.
She represents businesses as well as individuals and families undergoing
the US Immigration process, guiding them through available options to select the path best suited
to them and their employee.

Attorney Mueller is admitted to practice law in:

- The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio
- Before all Federal immigration agencies and courts nationwide
She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has
over 20 years of legal experience.
George Sintsirmas
Managing Partner
George Sintsirmas has a keen eye for what it takes to successfully pursue
his clients’ interests. As a founding member of Sintsirmas &
Mueller Co. L.P.A., George has brought his considerable experience in
the areas of Class action, Personal injury, Insurance, and Immigration
law to counsel clients to successful outcomes.
Having worked for a number of large organizations/corporations for over
30 years, including his own private practice, George is fully aware of
the level of commitment that is necessary to navigate the complexities
of the legal system and achieve his clients’ goals.
His core belief that "hard work and imagination wins the day" has been verified in settlements and jury verdicts for his clients
since 1984, in excess of $70,000,000.
George was born and grew up in Greece. Upon graduation from High School,
he came to the United States in 1977, learned English, and then attended
and graduated from Cleveland State University in 1981. Following Cleveland
State, he attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduated
in 1984, and was admitted to the practice of Law in the State of Ohio
that same year.
His personal experience as an immigrant to the U.S., and eventually a
naturalized citizen, has been the defining principle in his practice and career.

Spyridon Sintsirmas
Associate Attorney
Attorney Spyridon Sintsirmas serves Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding
areas with world-class, quality legal services. As an associate member
of our legal team at Sintsirmas & Mueller Co. L.P.A., he offers his
legal insight across a wide spectrum of practice areas. In addition to
immigration matters, he handles cases involving class action, insurance, litigation, and insurance law.
Spiro received Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Cleveland State
University in 2009, graduating as a Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to
complete his Juris Doctorate from the Cleveland Marshall School of Law,
graduating Cum Laude in 2012. Spiro is admitted to practice law in the
Ohio State Bar Association.

Carmen B. Kluth - Legal Assistant
Carmen B. Kluth is originally from Peru and has been living in the United
States since 2004. Carmen graduated from San Marcos University in Peru
with a LL.B degree (Equivalent of a Juris doctor in US). She is a 2007
graduate with honors from the LLM program (Master in Law) at Case Western
Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.
Carmen is fluent in English and Spanish and can read and understand Portuguese.
She is passionate about facilitating communication and understanding people
from different cultures regarding immigration issues.
